A new option, Show Work Item Number, is now available for Requester Insights allowing your requesters to see auto-generated numbers assigned to the associated work. Head over to Features in Account Settings to enable!
Improving The Way You Automate
• Route Templates that are used in Project Templates will now automatically update if the Route Template has been updated.
• Priority is now an available data type for Project auto-naming
Quality of Life Improvements
• The Email timezone setting has moved to the My Profile page and copy has been updated to Timezone for Emails and Exports.
• Statuses and Custom Fields will now show which items they are applicable to with a badge, making this information accessible without having to open individual items.
