Bulk Version Updater

Lytho’s new Bulk Version Updater eliminates the tedious task of updating assets individually. Upload up to 1,000 files at once, auto-approve, and set them as the active version — all while ensuring accuracy and up-to-date content. With this time-saving tool, admins and asset managers can focus on improving workflows, driving team efficiency, and keeping assets organized as your library grows.

To access the Bulk Version Updater, you must first update your user Role.

Improvements

Easily Identify Overdue Work in Custom Views and Reports

A new Overdue option is now available in due date filters for custom views and reports. Quickly filter overdue work items to see what needs your attention and keep projects on track with ease.

Quality of Life Improvements

• Navigate the Route Builder with Ease: Keyboard shortcuts in the Route Builder are now more intuitive. Press Enter to select users and Tab to scroll, making navigation faster and accessible for all.

• Preview Proof Assets: Click on a proof thumbnail to instantly preview the image — no downloads or extra steps needed.
