Hi team,

Quick heads up: over the next few weeks, you'll see a new feature called AI Reviewers appear in your Lytho account when you add assets to Proofs. It's an AI-powered review layer that flags brand, compliance, and quality issues on Proofs, so we can catch things earlier and spend less time on rework.

What you need to know right now:

  • Please don't use AI Reviewers yet. Even though you'll see the feature in your account, it's still being configured behind the scenes. Running reviews now would give you results that aren't yet calibrated to our brand and compliance standards.

  • We're actively customizing the Skills. AI Reviewers come with 14 Skills (10 regulatory compliance, 4 brand-specific). I'm working with our Lytho rep to configure them to match our voice, brand standards, and compliance needs. This takes about 3 weeks.

  • You'll hear from me again when they're ready to use. I'll send a follow-up note with a quick how-to-use overview the moment we're live.

For now, just keep doing what you're doing. No action needed.

Hi team,

Following up on the heads-up I sent a few weeks ago: AI Reviewers are now configured and ready to use on your Proofs in Lytho.

What AI Reviewers do: they flag brand, compliance, and quality issues on a Proof, so we catch common issues early and spend less time on rework.

How to use them:

  • When you add assets to your Proof, use the checkbox next to the asset thumbnail to select the asset(s) you want to configure for AI Reviewer checks.

  • Select the AI Reviewer dropdown to choose the AI Reviewer(s) you want applied to each asset during Review. Available AI Reviewers depend on the asset type, so not all AI Reviewer will appear for every asset. You can assign different AI Reviewers to different assets within the same Proof.

  • Once your Proof is set up and AI Reviewers are assigned, send the Proof as you normally would

  • Treat the comments as a first pass and apply your own judgment, just like you would with any reviewer.

Hi team,

Quick heads up: over the coming days, you may begin to see automated comments from an AI Reviewer appear in your Proofs. It's an AI-powered review layer that flags brand, compliance, and quality issues on Proofs, so we can catch things earlier and spend less time on rework.

What you’ll see
AI Reviewer comments are tagged with a finding status:

  • Non-Compliant: The content doesn’t meet a brand or compliance standard and needs to be updated.

  • Needs Review: A potential issue was flagged, but the AI isn’t fully certain. Use your own judgment on these.

  • Compliant: The content passed the check. No action needed.

Each comment includes an explanation of what was flagged, which part of the content triggered it, and a suggested fix.

How to treat these comments
Think of the AI Reviewer as a first filter, not the final word. It checks for things like brand colors, logo usage, voice and tone, and regulatory compliance consistently. Your job is still to apply your own expertise and judgment as normal. If something is flagged but you disagree, reply to the annotation and move on.

Your review process stays the same. You don’t need to do anything differently to see AI Reviewer comments.
